Our mission is to deliver the best possible internet service to our local community. No promotional pricing, no long-term contracts and customer service that is locally sourced.

We are community based and the network is locally operated. As members of the Saugerties community we understand how vital broadband internet has become.

The fiber-optic infrastructure we are developing is future-proof and transmits data using photons that travel at the speed of light, rather than electrons (as with copper wires), that can’t even manage 1.0% of that speed.

Fiber comes with a high degree of network responsiveness, which is necessary for smart grid and other cutting-edge business, educational and research applications.

We want to see success for our community by attracting jobs and boosting entrepreneurial activity that otherwise would not consider Saugerties without fiber-optic connectivity.

We commit to delivering speeds as advertised (both upload and download speeds), with outstanding reliability and almost no delays in data transmission. We certainly don’t throttle bandwidth.

We believe pricing should be honest. We charge a flat rate per month for our residential internet service and provide free installation & free WiFi. The all-inclusive price advertised really is the price you pay.

Finally, we maintain a strong privacy policy and never share your browsing data with anyone.
